Zafer ÇAKIR was born in Düzce in 1974. He completed his primary education in his hometown and his secondary and higher education in Istanbul. He was admitted to Marmara University’s Faculty of Communication with a high entrance examination ranking and graduated in 1997. Zafer ÇAKIR is known for his entrepreneurship and investments in technology and the defence industry.

After applying his innovative ideas in healthcare technology and subsequently in defence technology, Zafer ÇAKIR co-founded Ordulu Technology and Enetki Defence in 2016.

Responsible for the companies’ administrative and financial affairs, Zafer ÇAKIR brings more than 20 years of business management experience and an entrepreneurial perspective to their strategic development.

Born in Istanbul on 4 July 1985, Nizameddin ORDULU earned dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2007. He completed graduate studies in cryptography and databases at MIT between 2009 and 2010 and undertook internships at VMware and Google.

Between 2010 and 2014, he worked on database software used by Facebook and led major projects in data compression and high-speed backup technologies.

In 2014, he returned to Türkiye to apply the knowledge and experience gained through his education and work in Silicon Valley. In 2016, he co-founded Ordulu Technology and Enetki Defence. Ordulu Technology operates in areas including UAV video transmission systems, command-and-control systems, secure video transmission to mobile devices and AI-based motion detection systems. These systems are developed in cooperation with Baykar and used for intelligence purposes in operations conducted in Türkiye and allied countries. Enetki Defence focuses on developing innovative UAV systems capable of operating effectively in challenging conditions, including electronic warfare environments, and on strengthening Türkiye’s defence industry capabilities.

He also contributed to the establishment of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) as a member of its Board of Trustees and played an active role in defining its mission and vision. He also mentors emerging entrepreneurs, sharing his professional experience on a voluntary basis.
