DELİCAN is an unmanned aerial platform capable of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) without a runway or launch system. It can take off and land within an 8 × 8 metre area, including on stationary or moving land and maritime platforms, supporting flexible deployment and operational readiness.
DELİCAN’s advanced autopilot software automates every phase of flight, from take-off to landing, while supporting situational awareness. Autonomous functions such as route following reduce operator workload and support command and control in complex mission scenarios.
DELİCAN is designed to maintain mission continuity in contested electromagnetic environments and adverse weather conditions. Interference detection and adaptive filtering algorithms, combined with a controlled reception pattern antenna (CRPA) GNSS architecture, enhance resilience to jamming and spoofing.

DELİCAN’s aerodynamic design and electric propulsion reduce its acoustic, visual and radio-frequency (RF) signatures at mission altitude. This supports intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions by reducing detectability and enabling extended operations in the target area.
DELİCAN combines an operator-focused interface with rapid component replacement in the field. Rugged transport cases allow the aircraft and portable ground control station (GCS) to be deployed rapidly using pickup vehicles. An optional vehicle-integrated mobile ground control station reduces logistics and personnel requirements.
AI-assisted image analysis and mission planning integrate platform data into a unified mission workflow. Secure video transmission and role-based access support information sharing between command centres and personnel in the field.
The gimbal camera system integrated into the DELİCAN UAV combines electro-optical (EO) and thermal sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance in challenging weather conditions. Its image processing and target tracking capabilities support precise identification, real-time situational awareness and monitoring of the operational area.
Developed by Enetki Defence, the portable ground control station (GCS) supports continuous aircraft command, control and mission management in the field.
